Welcome to Turquoise C1904 - the luxury condo of your dreams! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath unit boasts amazing views of Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. As a fully furnished, luxury residence, you can expect high end furnishings and decor. The private balcony includes a gas grill (*PLEASE NOTE: grill is out of order and scheduled to be replaced 10/14/24) which is among the many amenities of the unit including granite countertops, tile flooring in the living areas, gas fireplace and Subzero/Wolf appliances with a wet bar and wine cooler. The sunsets and incredible beach views are everything and more!
Turquoise Place has an abundance of amenities; 5 pools including 2 heated indoor saltwater pools, zero-entry outdoor pool with live entertainment during Summer, outdoor pool (East Tower), a 450 ft lazy river, on-site bar & grille, sauna and steam rooms, fitness gym, tennis/pickleball courts and children's playground. There is also a beach chair rental service available March-October for your convenience. You CAN have it all at Turquoise C1904!
While Turquoise Place has all you could desire with its on-site amenities, it's also conveniently located to many of the finest restaurants and entertainment Orange Beach has to offer. Louisiana Lagniappe, CoastAL, Cobalt and Voyagers, just to name a few, are all located within 2 miles of Turquoise Place. If it's family entertainment or recreation you are looking for, there are numerous dolphin cruises, charter fishing boats, bike trails and boat rental options located within minutes.
PARKING PASSES: One parking pass is included in the fees for your reservation. This fee is set by the COA and is for your entire stay, not nightly. Should you need an additional parking pass, please communicate this to us PRIOR to your check-in date. The parking pass fees must be collected before arrival.
*Lost or stolen parking passes will not be replaced. You will be required to purchase a replacement pass for the overflow parking area.
*The following types of vehicles are prohibited from parking on property or in the overflow parking area: RVs and campers, trailers, buses, boats and jet skis, off road vehicles, any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts COA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.
~ THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT BOOKING WITH US ~
*The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
*SNOWBIRD RATES are available between November and February. Please reach out to us and we would love to talk with you about these monthly rates.
*PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.
*Pricing and availability of PARKING PASSES vary for each property and details are provided in each listing.
*PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of the reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the check-in date. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.

My wife and I spent two weeks in this property in November 2024. The condo was extremely clean. Furniture on the balcony is "killer" comfortable, as is the huge sectional couch in the living room. We LOVE this property and expect to stay there again in the future. Beds were extremely comfortable. Heather and the team at Salty Beaches were fabulous to work with, extremely timely in corresponding with us on any issue or questions, and everything about our stay was well organized.
